“The absolute best customer service. Everyone who works here is so kind and trustworthy. We have been customers for 20 years. Wassick Tire is the absolute gold standard for community-minded business leadership.”
“Had to have flat fixed while traveling through Vermont.
Bennington Tire (Roberto) were amazing.
So caring and empathetic. If I could give them more stars. I would.
Had me back on the road in 20 minutes.
Couldnt' have been nicer or more pleasant.
Real pros.”
“I've used their services for at least since I moved to Bennington from Woodford, that is about 18-20 years now and I've never encountered a bad experience with them or their work. Over the years I've appreciated their services more and more!!!”
“This dealership has great people! I was on a road trip and wrecked my car over a thousand miles from home. Jen and Jamie were life savers and helped me work out the logistics and timing of repairing my car and gathering all my possessions for the unexpected journey home without my car. The entire staff was very accommodating and put me up very comfortably in the guest lounge while I waited. They made what should’ve been a nightmare of a day into an experience I’ll never forget because of how considerate and helpful they were.”
“Absolutely love the guys here. They're all super friendly. Fast and efficient. I got 4 tires changed here, come to find out the last place that had worked on my car did not attach my brake caliper correctly so it was detached. They got my caliper back attached so I could get home safely. They thoroughly explained everything to me and showed me what needed to be done. It's nice to see some honest caring people. Will definitely be going back here again. They 100 percent went above and beyond today to ensure their customer got home safe.”
