Fine in-person, and good rates. BUT their website is impossible to use, the app is totally useless, and the account number is never anywhere to be found. Everything's incredibly frustrating on that front.

My go to bank,I closed my other credit union accounts at other banks. They couldn't hold a candle to WRCU. Never had a problem at any branch! Always great friendly service. A special nod to Rose,Betty and Jen in Bethel.
