“I recently had the pleasure to visit Brandon Lumber/Ace Hardware. I was greeted as soon as I opened the door & immediately was asked how they could help me. That was music to my ears as I was starting a project & didn't have a clue what I needed or how to proceed.They were patient with me & ensured that I had everything I needed. As I was leaving, they thanked me for my business. That is GOOD BUSINESS!A day later I happened to be in Rutland & needed carpenter's wood glue. I was not greeted when I entered & after stumbling around, I asked someone where the glue was located. He abruptly told me where to look & walked away. I approached the cashier & I appeared to be a bother. She didn't even ask me if I needed anything else cashed me out & sent me on my way. That is NOT GOOD BUSINESS.Kudos to Brandon Lumber/Ace Hardware for a job well done. I will go out of my way to patronize their store as a result of the great associates.”
