this bank l is antiquated and dysfunctional. You need to call them on a regular basis to get password resets sorted out. ZELLE-their mobile payment app sucks so hard I couldn't even tell you it's not even worth trying- waste time and completely inconsistent– good idea horrible execution! Changing banks asap.

I am endlessly frustrated by my account at this bank. My debit card is declined ALL the time when I have plenty of money in the account. I will be switching banks.

I've been a customer of the merchant bank/ now Community for many years; and now, for any (working)person, the hours are just terrible for the College St location. 4pm on a week day,that's rediculous.
