This is the worst CVS pharmacy I've ever been to. They've run out of my medications twice now. Even though I've filled it regularly for 2+ years, I take it daily, and I can't eat without it. This last time, it was "pending in a warehouse" for 3 weeks, and they didn't know who to call or who was responsible for getting it filled. After going without food for a week, I called Walgreens, who had it filled the next day. Meanwhile, they're trying to fill a prescription. I've said I don't take at least 10 times. CVS said they have a new policy to not keep in stock expensive or rare medications, which unfortunately translates to patients not getting what they need to survive. Negligence if you ask me. I won't be back to this CVS pharmacy. (The store is fine)

Pharmacy scheduled to open at 9am. I arrive at 9:05am and they ask me to wait another 10 minutes until they get the drawer set up.

6.55 pm Saturday 12/2 nd 64 year old hearing disabled Hispanic female escorted out of the store. My 38 years old daughter self checked a Package of theraflu and she was asked for her ID.At time of presenting the ID the manager in charge requested my ID since I was standing next to her.I didn’t have it with me but I was only checking out a bar of chocolate .According to the manager the store policy requires everyone to present an ID.I tried to explain that I am 64 and I’m buying a chocolate !He proceeded to REMOVE THE CHOCOLATE FROM MY HANDS AND CALLED SECURITY.I tried to go and get another bar but I was denied my right to buy itParadoxically my daughter WAS DISPENSED THE THERAFLU so basically the store manager either broke “the store policy “ or Simply PUNISHED A HEARING SENIOR DENYING HER TO BUYA CHOCOLATE AND EMBARRASSING IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS .

I love everyone at this location. The pharmacists are knowledgable, friendly, and work hard to make sure everyone gets what they need in a timely manner. The security guard always welcomes me with a smile. The staff at the registers and throughout the store always help out when the self-scan gets upset and I don't feel like a nuisance (even though they're probably used to saying the same things over and over again). Overall, great people.

Never been to a pharmacy that doesn’t have medication ready when prescriptions have been in for at least a day. Then told wait would be 15-20 more like an hour at least he honest about the time I wouldn’t care if it was just be upfront about it instead of wasting my time.

The employees are very mean and agressive. The girl at the cashier treated me like I was retarded and made a scene in front of everyone screaming on me. That’s an unacceptable behavior!

This place is downright terrible, locked doors on frozen food and the chick working is absolutely disgusting now touching your food, crackheads and homeless every aisle. Looks like a 3rd world country

Had to wait 15 minutes to access deodorant behind locked doors. Ridiculous service. Not the workers fault but the corporation for not staffing appropriately. At what point does lowering the bottom line compromise customer service???

Stopped here real quick to grab some waters and a bag of pretzels before they closed. Shoulda looked at the date on the pretzels, but just figured they'd be fine. Opened them and they were stale as ever?? Looked at the date and they were from JANUARY 2023!? This manager needs to go through inventory and throw out some things...putting it nicely. I can only imagine what else is expired and still on the shelves in there?? :/ $6 down the drain. Make sure you check your dates at this place!

It's hard to decide which of the ransacked sketchy chain pharmacies in downtown Burlington is worse. This one is self checkout only so I suppose it's vaguely easier to steal things, but also has less stuff to steal. I never walk out of this place feeling better than when I walked in. I call it a tie with the Walgreens.

i truly hate writing bad reviews as someone who has worked in customer service for 5 years. however, this was such a frustrating experience for so many reasons. i was purchasing snacks at the self checkout and it started calling for assistance. normally this just means an employee needs to scan their card to finish the checkout. there was one man on checkout, so i waited patiently for him to come over after he finished with his customer. but then he took the next person, and the next, i’ll while the machine loudly called for an employee. i asked him if he could help and he said he called SECURITY so they should help. he continues about his day, the line getting v long. and so obviously when security comes up they leave and tell him to scan the machine. and then he just… continues to stand there. maybe he truly didn’t know what to do, but surely he could’ve offered to check us out or gotten assistance to shorten his line? we waited for 10 minutes and finally a woman comes up to him. he says nothing about the situation and let’s her walk away. i felt like i was literally in a dream i was so confused and the line was so ridiculously long so i ended up leaving my stuff and leaving. i’m not blaming just the man at the checkout, but clearly there needs to be better training/assistance? don’t schedule one person who doesn’t know the ins and outs yet.

Store is disgusting. Smells, garbage everywhere, empty shelves. Couldn't even get checked out and just left the stuff at the counter. I don't know how a company like CVS tolerates this on their brand.
