This CVS location generally offers friendly and helpful staff, including knowledgeable pharmacists and welcoming employees at the registers. Customers appreciate the caring attitude of the staff, who work hard to assist with needs like medication and health tests, providing thorough and reassuring service. For example, a pharmacist was patient and detailed in helping a customer choose a diabetes test kit, offering a positive experience. The security guard also greets customers with a smile, adding to the welcoming environment. However, the store can sometimes be understocked and understaffed, which may lead to longer wait times or difficulty finding items. Several reviews mention store inventory issues, such as expired products on the shelves—highlighting the importance of checking dates before purchasing. Despite this, customers have noted quick and efficient service for specific tasks like passport photos, with staff members like Bob providing fast, helpful assistance and ensuring a smooth experience. Overall, the store is known for friendly staff and good service, though it occasionally struggles with inventory management and staffing. Customers value the personalized care from pharmacists and the positive interactions with employees, making it a generally reliable location for health needs and quick errands.
Nice staff, got a decent caffeine selection and help me get bus fare so I can get to work every morning.

Loved shopping here, but the store closing so early now, I won't even bother. They used to be open till midnight.

Needed to pick a diabetes test and determine care follow up plan. Pharmacist Elizabeth was present, patient and thorough in helping me pick a test kit and showing me how to use it. Hers was the ideal kind of interaction I've always wanted but don't get from my PCP and specialists. Excellent and reassuring experience.
