About Hotel Champlain Burlington, Curio Collection by Hilton
The Hilton Burlington Lake Champlain offers a stay with a great location and awesome lake views, within walking distance of many bars, restaurants, and shops. The hotel is undergoing renovations, which some guests noted caused minor noise but did not generally impede their stay. In fact, the hotel often provides a complimentary daily happy hour with light snacks and beverages during this period. Rooms are described as nice, super clean, and modern, with very comfortable beds and good shower water pressure. Many guests loved the stunning views of Lake Champlain, especially from the higher floors. The hotel is dog-friendly for a daily fee. However, some rooms experienced issues like a non-working mini-fridge, no microwave, and, during winter, a lack of air circulation as the AC system does not operate in very cold temperatures. Amenities are a highlight. The gym is magnificent, recently renovated, and exceptionally well-equipped. A coffee and sparkling water station on each floor is very popular. The indoor pool area is clean. Staff are frequently described as friendly, helpful, polite, and accommodating, often going above and beyond to resolve any hiccups. While some find the hotel food and added fees a tad overpriced, the overall experience is positive. The combination of a superb location, excellent amenities, and dedicated service makes this a highly recommended hotel for exploring Burlington, despite some occasional room maintenance issues.

Very disappointed at this hotel. The people of Vermont are very friendly and welcoming. Vermont is beautiful. Didn’t get this from the hotel and staff. Rooms were worn, old and has lots of peeling paint everywhere. Not one staff member including the cafe and restaurant was friendly or approachable. Everyone seems bitter.

Fine accommodating location, close to everything. Friendly staff. Skip the breakfast. Looked sumptuous but the taste was not quite right. Can't quite put my finger on it.
