I wish I got her name but this amazing woman identified what kind of phone I had before I even handed it to her and fixed it within 2 minutes. I thought for certain I needed to replace my phone, or the port at minimum, and I was in full panic mode. She was so sweet and kind and didn't even want to charge me. “This was the third Verizon store I went to hoping that someone would help me with my phone issue. The store in South Burlington was pretty dismissive of my problem so i didn't want to return.
Helen was excellent and helped me with my phone right away. She tried troubleshooting a bunch of different things, only to find that I needed a new phone due to an antenna issue. She even called the warranty department for me and it made everything so easy. After being brushed off by the other stores, her going the extra mile for me was really awesome. I really appreciate the assistance!”

“My phone charger port was broken and my phone died. After, buying the same phone again, and 3 days of driving to Verizon, T-Mobile, and Walmart for phone support, my phone was still not working. My only other option was to drive almost 3 1/2 hours to NY or NH to a corporate store for a solution.However, I googled phone repair near me, first, and saw this store in Burlington. I drove the 35 miles to it, with my new (not working/activated phone), and my dead phone that I needed to have turned on for my files/account transfer.The technician in this store fixed my phone with the broken charger in about an hour for a very decent price.I couldn't believe it, 3 days and the others couldn't.I appreciate the promptness and knowledge of the technician. “Yesterday, I was helped by two ladies named Lexi and Meline. Both of them did a fantastic job permanently solving an issue in one day that remained unsolved for weeks prior to coming into this location.
These ladies listened to my concerns and instead of making excuses, they took responsibility and came up with a solution despite the complexity of the issue. I had an awful experience at a different store in the area recently but these two made up for it yesterday. One of the systems Verizon uses malfunctioned during the middle of the process but the two of them carried on with grace, poise, patience, and care in order to keep everything moving in the right direction. I'm grateful to both of them for their hard work and excellent customer service.
I will choose this store from now on for any future business I have associated with my phone.

“My 2 year old phone stopped connecting to the network, but since the screen wasn't broken and the phone wasn't lost, insurance wouldn't cover a replacement. I went to multiple Verizon stores over multiple days in my area without a fix. We tried restarting it, new sim cards, esim, factory reset, reset network settings, everything. I have over 200 gigs of pictures, messages, and data on my phone, so factory reset takes hours and hours to get back all my data. I came in to the Shelburne road location and delt with Levi, Zach, another Zach, and Tristan (manager). These reps were SO helpful! After getting through to a Verizon rep on the phone (in store) she wanted us to run through all the same stuff we had already done 4 other times including factory reset. I had a meltdown. After being thrown around store to store for almost a week with no answers and just having my phone thrown through the ringer, I was about to take my phone and smash it in hopes that insurance would finally pay for a replacement. Tristan kindly explained to the rep that we had tried everything 1000 times and how I had unnecessarily been pushed store to store without answers or help and something needed to be done before I left. The lady on the phone ended up sending for a replacement device. Apparently they are out of my device and it could take up to a month for a replacement. All the reps in store came together to brainstorm solutions to get me through until the new phone comes in and I am immensely thankful for all of them. These people take their jobs seriously. They truly care and want to help. If you have Verizon and need assistance, come to this location!”
