About North Beach Campground
North Beach Campground is a quiet little campground located just north of Burlington on the shore of Lake Champlain. The location is superb, with mere steps to the lake's beaches and free access to them. It is also right beside the amazing Burlington Greenway bike path, allowing for convenient riding. The camping sites have full service hookups and can accommodate big rigs, though some are crammed and not well maintained, filled with trees, roots, rocks, and stumps. Sites can be hard to get into and are very close to neighbors. The property can feel a bit junky with random equipment parked haphazardly. Staff is kind, but the facilities receive mixed reviews. Bathrooms are okay but could be cleaner, and the showers have issues: some have painfully forceful water pressure with no shelves, while others have dangerously hot water with fixed shower heads. There is notable traffic noise overnight. It is a nice place to bring the family for a camping trip and a good spot to enjoy for a couple of days, with a short drive to downtown Burlington.
Very small sites, too many spiders in the shower building. My husband said there was a homeless person in the men's restroom in the evening.

The sites are priced too high for what it offers, and there’s no one monitoring the homeless. There’s a guy been sitting at an empty site all day today. Also the walking path is LOADED with them obviously. Just keep them out of the campground at least.
The rest is decent $35 a night would be worth it

Minimalist campground with small lots that are mostly level. Staff is friendly and they sell firewood. The location can't be beat. If you like biking then you might even say that the location is perfect.
