But what prompted me to leave a review is their excellent customer service. I recently had a shipping issue with an order (the only issue I’ve had after many orders), but it was resolved so quickly by a friendly and efficient customer service rep on the phone - no waiting on hold, no endless automated menus, no run-around.”

I stopped in today to peruse the Outlet area and have lunch at the Garden of Eatin (yum!). While waiting for my Vermonter, I noticed this cow ... with its winter blanket on :)

Who doesn't love going to Gardeners Supply?! I enjoy the Intervale store a lot, but I usually go to the Williston store. My first favorite stop is Garden of Eatin. Everything made there is delicious, and eating next to the koi pond is so pleasant and peaceful. My next stop is always the Outlet area. All of what's there is on sale, but if you check carefully, you can sometimes find a really great deal. I've gotten some of their square tomato cages at a fraction of regular price. Tomato and squash protectors and grow bags and portable greenhouse and shade cloth frames and fabric raised beds and and and.
Elsewhere there are Air plants, flowering plants, leafy plants, landscape plants ... they have LOTS to choose from and excellent advise.
There are lots of great gift ideas throughout the store.
UPDATE 2/1/2025:
Still one of my favorite places to spend part of a day. I totally lucked out last week: my sweetheart gave me a 75 gift certificate. I've had a tab open in my browser for 2 years so I can monitor the price of a tall, narrow VegTrug greenhouse, always out of my price range. OMG, it's at the Outlet for $90!!!!! ??”

I wanted to complete one transaction pending to be delivered to a different place than my residence and I had tried for 2 different days for a soul to help me by phone.
