Very disappointed with the rude customer service. The staff was dismissive and unprofessional, showing no interest in helping or listening.

Great gear store with lots of options in the used section downstairs, prices are pretty good. There’s a very cute dog with and employee badge which I enjoy seeing while I’m there

Ellen helped me today, and she greatly improved my experience, if it wasn't for her, I wouldn't be writing a review in the first place, between the jokes she made and being very generous, she was the best customer service employee ever.

This shop used to be a cornerstone of the local outdoor community—fair prices, knowledgeable staff, and solid gear you could count on.
Unfortunately, it’s taken a sharp turn. The staff now seems to consist mostly of university students with little to no experience, and the inventory is overpriced and often low-quality. The consignment section is especially egregious—imagine paying just $50 less than retail for a pair of crampons that are half a century old. The ski section has completely pivoted to target out-of-town tourists, often selling subpar gear to people who simply want to enjoy their vacation. Honestly, you’d probably spend less flying out west to a real gear exchange—and at least there, you wouldn’t feel like you were being taken advantage of.

Awesome store with lots of cool outdoor stuff and equipment. It’s a little pricey but I guess you have to pay for the quality. Still very fun to walk around in and shop

Their consignment policies are hard to follow. Someone on the phone will tell you they're excepting a certain item, and then the guy at the consignment counter will tell you otherwise when you bring it in. It also seems like a possibility that the sex of the person bringing in the item influences whether it will be accepted for consignment.

Brought my bike in for it's yearly tune up and OGE made her feel all sparkly and brand new. Thank you to the bike department!
