They were excellent with their communication and accommodations. I had several last-minute changes, and Ian was gracious with every change. I would not hesitate to hold another event there in the future. Food was excellent, atmosphere (we had 1/2 of the Helios room) was perfect, and Luke (the person assigned to serve us) was so attentive and provided outstanding service.
I just can't say enough about how wonderful everything was. Thank you, BBC, Ian and Luke for making our son's 30th birthday so memorable!! Jen & Paul Seaver
