“There is a reason these guys have such a high score. Would you feel weird if your doctors office sold beer and Marlboros? Watches and perfume? Then why is itok for a drug store? Vermont Family Pharmacy is ONLY a pharmacy with incredibly talented and friendly staff. I pass five or six pharmacies to go here. Remember the druggist who fills your RX is almost as important as the doc who wrote it. They do in house compounding so they're totally legit. The only things on the shelves are OTC medications, bandages and home healthcare needs like walkers. So these guys are as safe and professional as you can get. I'm on multiple medications and they all remember my name. If you're reading this, just trust me, use this pharmacy once, and you'll never walk into a walgreens-cvs-alcohol-smokes store again..I say this as a smoker and drinker!! Get your beer at the beer store and the druggist needs as much respect as a doctor since their expertise is a check.and balance on your doctor, although I'm lucky to have a smart doctor who knows these guys. Emily the tech and Elizabeth the pharmacist have taken time out of things they were working on to take care of my prescriptions; even though many times I have just popped in without sending them notice ahead to refill my prescriptions and they are always on point. “Great experiences at the pharmacy. Very helpful and professional. I have had a number of vaccinations there, they often fit me in as a walk-in, and appointments are easy to get. During Covid, I paid for Covid tests elsewhere, it was Shaw's that pointed out the tests were free under my insurance, and they had them in stock when others did not. I am in the process of moving my prescriptions from Kinney's. I notice the negative reviews below are about the grocery store, not the pharmacy...”

“I can't say enough good things about this pharmacy. Every staff person I have talked with has been respectful, friendly, and efficient. They have a new computer system, which is annoying as you have to answer a bunch of questions on the screen before you can get your medication, but that's not the pharmacy's fault. And they have in stock medications that other pharmacies don't have. I have used Walgreens and CVS in the past, but I'm sticking with Hannaford.”

“We have been using PC pharmacy for many years. They always provide great, knowledgeable, and friendly service. They answer the phone quickly, and can fill orders in a timely fashion. They can look up available discounts too. We moved further away, but the local pharmacy staff was not nearly as good, so we just make the longer commute.”

“12/21/2023 at 11:30AM - Just so proper employees are noted/notified if they ever see this. I picked up photos (ordered online, processed within an hour for pickup) and a few other items. It was very busy. I got in line and dreaded the wait. There was an older woman at the cashier killing it - she was moving that line very quickly. She called over to her very busy coworker - possibly manager - a man probably in his 30s who had a great attitude. They were a lovely team. There was a little bit of banter between them not different to what I hear in my own workplace, which made me laugh a little. The man who came over was talking about how busy photos were today I'm assuming because of the holiday season, but was not being negative at all and was clearly working really hard to get things done while maintaining a positive attitude. When he came over to help on register he didn't get that poor posture or mood change you see people get at other places - he remained calm and collected, joking around with the woman. I see some terrible reviews here and a few of them mention a specific employee. Who I saw today was not that person and that's how much the right employees can make a difference. This may seem like a long post for a short interaction, but I was impressed because I'm not used to seeing this anymore.”
