“Yesterday I had to pack and ship a parcel at FedEx downtown Burlington, and while I was trying to figure everything out, Sarah stepped in and helped me with absolutely everything. She truly went above and beyond and made the whole process so easy and stress-free. I honestly don’t mind paying a few dollars more than their competitors when the service is this good. FedEx Burlington is top notch thanks to employees like Sarah. Highly recommend!”

“Although they are extremely short staffed, one of the employees spent 45 mins looking for my package even though she honestly didn't have to. I appreciate her patience and dedication, and to top it all off she was pleasant about it. I wish I would have caught her name. Her help was greatly appreciated!”
