“I stopped in to get a tire plugged and was ready to try another place when I found out they were booked for a few days. Upon understanding my situation, though (I drove over two nails and my tire would be flat before I got home), they dropped everything to squeeze me in immediately ? This act of kindness was huge for me as it's been a rough few days!! I super appreciated them doing this, it completely changed my day for the better. Thank you again!!”

“I went to put air into tires at a gas station since my tire pressure was pretty low. When I went to put air in, the tire pressure just kept going down. My mom walked to Noyes to ask them to help. Chris was kind enough to drive my mom back to my car and confirmed the tire valve pin was bent out of shape (the air dispenser must’ve been frozen - it was sub zero temps)! I took my car to Noyes to get my tire fixed and it was very quick. Chris and crew were courteous and good-humored. Thanks so much for this great customerservice!”
