“Had a great experience here! Justin took in my vehicle and tire when I brought it to be fixed. He was polite and helpful. No additional services or products were pushed on me. I was told what the potential costs would be if my tire was not repairable by simple methods. The tire price quoted was fair and I was given reasonable options. It was also offered for me to bring in a tire purchased elsewhere if I could find a better deal. They also roll the initial diagnostic cost (only $49) into any greater cost you might have to pay so you aren’t paying extra for it.

“Garett did a meticulous job with my un mounting and remounting tires on my brand new aftermarket wheels that came with the wrong size tires from manufacturer originally!! They may not have touchless machines but he went above and beyond by taping and making sure there was not one scratch when he was done. Thank you again so much!

“OK, I rarely write reviews but was fully prepared to have a nightmare experience here based on the other reviews I saw after I already made my tire purchase and while waiting for my install date. Yes, they are understaffed and booked out weeks during changeover season. But every other aspect of my appointment was really great. My appointment was late in the evening and they called me a few hours before to let me know they were running behind, very polite and apologetic, asked if I could change it to the following morning. I am lucky to have a flexible schedule so that worked out for me. The people working when I dropped off were also super friendly and attentive. It took about 90 minutes. No issue finding my tires even though I was getting the automated emails that they would return to inventory (because my appointment was so far in the future from the purchase date). I wish they could get more staff to ease tensions for everyone, but from my experience they are really doing the best they can with the resources they have.”
