Excellent custom service. So nice to have found a board shop!! They know what they are talking about when fitting boots and have many options for snowboard boots unlike most ski shops. Have a great selection of ski boots as well. I got a pair of boots and they ended up being to big, brought them back and got resized next day and owner Rob was super kind and helpful making sure I left with the perfect boot. It won’t be a mistake supporting this local small business!!

Triple Diamond Ski Shop was the 4th shop I went to on my search for my first pair of ski boots. Needless to say with the 5 star review, my search ended here. Rob and the team were so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.
All three of the other places gave different opinions: "They should fit like a shoe", "They should be half a size too small", "They look good". All of those places didn't feel right and gave bad advice. But here, they went to extreme lengths to find/make the perfect fit, set me up with some great rentals, and were meticulous in their attention to making sure I was walking out of their as a happy customer. And I did!! I'm stoked that I waited to come here to get my equipment. I'll recommend them to anyone who needs anything related to ski equipment or rentals. Thanks again for the great experience Rob & Team!

Outstanding ski shop right next to Smugglers Notch! Five big things set them apart: 1) One of the best boot fitters ever! Took time to work with us, quickly addressed several issues we were having, and they feel great! 2) Top of the line gear – demo’d several pairs of skis trying to figure out which to buy and they were so patient really trying to understand how our daughter skied (blacks, trees, touch of powder, etc) and even ran a pair up to the mountain for her to switch out during the day! Found a pair she loved – the chance to try them before making such a big purchase is wonderful 3) Great selection of gear – skis, boots, clothing, all high quality and very reasonable. 4) They do rentals that are better quality than up at the mountain and less expensive, 5) The staff are perhaps the friendliest and most customer focused people we’ve ever met. We never buy gear anywhere else! Rob - thanks for another great experience! We'll be back!

This place is awesome. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Great deal on ski rentals and great service. They also have a good selection of all your skiing equipment. Will be returning here again next year.

This place was great. The people were super friendly as was their dog, Destiny! My son and I decided to rent from them as they are substantially cheaper than at the mountain itself - and it's literally right next door. Great merchandise as well - on sale! Plenty to choose from and we were able to rent a pair of snow pants for the day - fresh out of the laundry! Definitely will visit them on my next trip.
