“I brought my car today because I was having trouble with my remote car starter. Kyle greeted me and asked what he could help me with. I told him that I bought this remote starter from Yipes in Saint Albans and it wasn’t working. Without hesitation, he grabbed his jacket and went right outside and tried to figure out what was going on. He worked on it for 20 minutes in freezing Vermont weather. With no luck, he got Fred to try to figure it out. He worked on it for 10 minutes. I just wanted to say a big thank you to both of them, especially to Kyle. Even though I wasn’t scheduled and didn’t get the remote car starter from them, Kyle had the willingness to help me with my car. We weren’t able to fix it, but I still appreciate them trying.”

Due to a bad voltage regulator in my 1988 911, my battery exploded and sprayed acid all over the underside of the hood/frunk bonnet, causing corrosion to the original paint work. Fortunately this professional shop preserved the original portion code sticker (removing and reapplying) to the repainted surface. Perfection! Five stars”

“Rick replaced the driver's seat cover in my Subaru WRX. It had worn through on one of the side bolsters. I bought a used seat cover from ebay and figured I could do it myself. Big mistake. I didn't realize what was involved. Between the airbag wiring harness, the other electronics, and the insanely tight fit of the seat cover itself, my bloody knuckles had stained the new cover.
Rick did it in a day- including cleaning the grease and blood from my failed attempt. It looks every bit as good as new and everything functions as intended. I have no idea what his secrets are, but they work.”
