Arranged to buy and install windshield wipers on my SUV Mercedes. No one could figure out how to do it, had to get a refund. Manager was very rude, never expected such an attitude, especially in Burlington VT. Staff was great in spite of their managers behavior. Mercedes dealer in Boston installed them in 2 minutes.

Terrible service had them make me a can of paint and they made me the wrong paint a completely different paint code and won’t fix their mistake and won’t give me my money back do not get paint mixed here

Very patient and helpful people working there. Pointed me in the right direction for things I needed for my car. Didn't try to sell me what i didn't need. Even told me to put back some products that weren't necessary. Will definitely keep coming back.
