“Chester Inn is lovely. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and details have been thought through. The Inn is convenient to the highway and only 16 minutes to Okemo Mountain, an easy drive. The 2 owners, Allie and Tyler have put a lot into making this Inn up to date and taking care of the property, especially since it had been not well cared for by the previous owners. They have 24 hr, coffee/tea and kitchen facilities for the guests. There is a nice living/dining area with books and games. Communication was immediate. I highly recommend this Inn for your travels through Vermont.”
“Faye at the front desk was very helpful and knowledgable of the area. She was able to recommend great restaurants and things to do in the area. Incredible customer service, will be back again thanks to her!”
“After having stayed at this inn multiple times under the prior owners; always having been pleased; and finding ourselves unexpectedly in their area while driving home to NH from a NY wedding during darkness and inclement weather; I called "The Inn..." to see if they had a room with available dinner; received a positive response; and headed my car toward "Perkinsville, VT."
That choice was amongst the most positive we made during our wonderful NY wedding experience. The new owners, both husband and wife, welcomed us warmly and served us dinner and breakfast like family. Their kindness, generosity, and the splendor of the inn, and quality of our dining experience, was remarkable. If you are looking for a wonderful retreat, and place to celebrate some of what is truly rewarding in life, go without hesitation, and I sense you too will share a cherished moment in time.”
“STAFF
I want to start by pointing out that the staff at the hotel were above and beyond PHENOMENAL, and
I mean ALL THE STAFF.
I spent the weekend up there and got stuck with some car problems in a blizzard and dealt with
everybody on the staff there. They were some of the nicest people I have ever dealt with in the hospitality industry.
When I say all the staff, I mean all the staff!
DAY 1. The plow guy helped me get my car out of a spot when my snow chain broke and I couldn’t
move.
DAY 2 The maintenance guy got me down to the front desk when my car broke down, then the
manager got me a new room right away and gave me a ride to where I needed to go.
DAY 3 The other manager called her brother-in-law to come tow and fix my car when the other
shops in town were full on a Monday morning. The other front desk staff were great at letting me
stay in my room until the car was finished. The cleaning crew who are the hardest working people in the industry were checking to see if my car was ok and if I needed anything.
ROOM,
I stayed in a two-bedroom condo that had a fireplace, full kitchen, huge living room and everything was spotless. The place was beautiful and fit 8 people. The only thing I would say is that if there is a big blizzard coming make sure you’re prepared with chains or snow tires if you are at the top of the
hill because it could be a little challenging to get there.”

“If you're looking for a high end hotel at a reasonable price with top notch customer service, look no further. The Pointe is one of the best places I've stayed and I've traveled extensively. Can't thank the folks there enough for making sure we had the best room and the best time.
Rooms: The suite was fantastic. Full kitchen with everything you need including a washer and dryer AND a jetted tub
Nearby activities: There are so many activities nearby...a covered bridge, Buttermilk Falls, Okemo Mountain, Ludlow all within a few miles of the hotel.
Safety: We've never been safer”

“We stayed 2 night on Easter weekend. The highlights were the location & the staff - these overshadow any limitations. The cons were that there's no room upkeep even at the high price point. And the lobby level (and access to the ski lift) can apparently only be accessed by the central elevators. So there's a long walk if you parked underneath your room on the south side. There are lots amenities and lot of families to keep kids happy. Overall vibe was good.Rooms: No room upkeep. Only 2 towels for a family of 2 adults and 1 toddler.Nearby activities: Excellent access to Okemo ski on the Jackson Gore side.”

“The most basic motel ever. Everything was clean for the most part. Basic things like microwave and fridge included. Only issues were the TV was horrible and mostly did not work and the sink was extremely loose. Very basic motel but considering it is the only game and town and under $100 a night, it is extremely reasonable. Would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.”
“We had the most wonderful stay at Inn Victoria during our ski trip with our 4-year-old. Penny and Dan were incredibly warm and welcoming, and they were especially sweet to our daughter. On our way home, she kept saying with a big smile, “I really like the people who called me ‘hey you, princess!’” It was such a heartwarming touch that made her feel so special.
Beyond the lovely hospitality, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the location couldn’t have been more perfect. We truly felt at home and can’t wait to return!”
