Excellent yoga studio in a charming location. Amy is an experienced and friendly yoga teacher and the studio is pretty and spacious. Chester is better for having Sama in town!

I've been taking regular yoga classes here for the last three years. Amy does an excellent job of teaching an energetic flow class. She responds very quickly to questions on Facebook. It's very welcoming and non-judgmental.

By far, the best yoga in the area. Love Amy and Megan's energy. You cannot find a better power yoga class in this area with Amy on Monday night! Thank you for kicking my butt everytime and bringing my body more in line with my mind and heart!
