“If you had asked me a about two years ago I would have recommended them but to date I can not say thay are top notch. Over the past year my 3 year old dog has had issues with his back I have taken him in multiple times to get it checked out only to not have any real answer as to what is going on. Emily Sullivan, who by the way is a excellent vet and shouldn't wast her time in this practice, did say he had an elongated spine but, Dr. Gifford doesn't seem concerned at all she just keep giving him different pain meds that don't work and at one point said well we could cut his tail off but I don't think that's going to help, REALLY???? Also my dog has bad anxiety and they don't seem to what to work with him all. All they can recommended is sedating him every time he needs his nails clipped big money racket. That's all they seem to care about is getting their money. We also have insurance on him which they should be putting g through to the insurance company but have refused to do every time saying they don't have the ability to do so we need to do it ourselves when they have done it in the past for us, JOKE!!!! Last week I called to make an appointment and the receptionist who ive never delt with before was very rude. When asked about the insurance yet again I was given we don't do that. I politely stated that they have done so in the past for us and she raised her voice saying I'm sorry but we don't do that. My boyfriend was then heard in the background saying well this had been an issue and we can take our dog somewhere else. She then so rudely said fine take your dam dog somewhere else we don't need your rude attitude. Rude attitude really she's the one with the rude attitude I think they need to get ride of her!!!! Long story short we will not be going back there.”

“We have brought our Goldens to Rut Vet for their needs for over 40 years now. The care and attention provided to them has been wonderful, even in the sad times when one of them has passed on. Those are moments, in particular, when their owners appreciate a helping hand. We would not take our pets anywhere else.”

“It was my first time taking my newly adopted cat to All Points Animal Care in Rutland. It was a bit of a drive but well worth the trip. The staff were great and I felt like my cat was in good hands.”

“We heard about Eastwood from a friend and Bruce is definitely a 10/10 vet so caring and compassionate with our pets, our beagle had a very large mass that needed to be removed we then found out it was cancer he did an AMAZING job with her, he was dedicated the whole way through her heeling process, he saved our beagles life we couldn’t have done it without him! They are willing to work with you for payment arrangements. We are so grateful for Bruce and his team !!!”

“Excellent, accommodating and professional service and employees. I recently had an emergency with my 10 month old cat (at 7 pm at night) and I contacted them as they were listed as the only emergency vet open in the area. It was a 35 minute drive from them, and they kindly stayed open late for me and contacted the on-call emergency doctor, who was considerate enough to come in and wait as well. Mind you, this was on a holiday weekend and in the middle of a snowstorm, so driving was risky. Although they were due to close at 8, they were able to see me and thoroughly examine my cat. This was a very scary situation for me and they were very understanding. Liz (the vet tech) and Dr. Rob Macpherson were very generous and compassionate given the situation. They answered all my questions and the visit was not rushed at all. After Dr. Macpherson's findings, advice and the meds he administered, my cat was back to normal upon arriving home. This is truly a Veterinary that cares for and strives to serve their community!”
