“Passing through on a mapless drive through northern Vermont. Typical convince store BUT with some local home made goodies. We got some Cabot cheese with homemade sausage, fresh baked cookies and bottled water. A nice treat for a meal on the road.”

“I will try and not exaggerate.To call this Craftsbury gem of a kitchen / bakery a convenience store is a mistake. Yes yes, of course you can buy milk, soda and beer and gas up your truck here YET... The bakery / kitchen here is extraordinary; baking gorgeous, delicious pies, pumpkin rolls and a wide variety of savory cookies which include of course my favorite, " death by chocolate".In addition to the wonderful pies and cookies this little kitchen creates subs, soups, pizza, sandwiches, and breakfast, with Friday night combo dinners. All in maybe a 20 X 25 foot space . Absolutely amazing.Customer service? Wonderful. Prices? Good. Quality? Over-the-top.I've traveled the eastern seaboard, and out to Colorado, New Mexico, Texas and back. I know bakeries. I know kitchens. I know quality.If you can find Craftsbury find this little store. You will be happy you did.”
