“We bought a Kia Sorento that needed work to be done before we could take possession of it! The time frame of the repairs were not clearly defined in the beginning. Eventually I returned to the dealership to inquire as to my new car. I was met with Steve and Aaron and finally I got some solid information. They were unfortunately waiting on parts, they had the worst luck getting our car repaired and I eventually took possession of it 14 business days or 18 regular days after I signed to buy it. The deal was definitely a blessing to my husband and me. This was a learning experience all the way around.
