Schedule your appointments and don't be late! Respect her time and she will provide exceptional service.I own a 2000 Volvo V70R which is a pain to work on. I have been to other mechanics who claimed they fixed my vehicle's problems only to have my car die and require an expensive tow(s). After having to get my car towed twice (issues from the same mechanic which I won't name but will never return), I had them take the ol' moose wagon straight to Marcie at Crossroads. The tow company sort of laughed because that is where they take all Volvos and only had good things to say about Marcie.Fixing old Volvos is an art and it takes time. Go here if you actually want your car to be repaired properly.
