Eden General Store is a great local store with a modest facade hiding a ginormous selection. It is well stocked with a good variety for every day needs, including groceries, a deli, snacks, fresh produce, and local brew offerings. It has common grocery items and provisions with great prices, found to be not over-priced. The best part is the friendly and always nice staff. Do not skip the deli sandwiches or coffee, as they make great and tasty sandwiches, including a standout rueben. The store is clean with nice updates and still uses old fashioned gas pumps. It elevates a quick lunch and is a good call on a road trip.
We stopped by to grab a bite to eat on a road trip through southern Quebec and northern VT. Good call ! Nice folks, had a great sandwich from the deli and was able to pick up some of the local brew offerings to enjoy after the ride home.
