“Thomas Moore at the Essex Junction location is fantastic! I had questions pertaining to shared branching, as I am a member of 2 credit unions and was trying to get funds out from the "other" credit union. I had called the nefcu customer service who told me the incorrect info and Thomas was able to review and solve the root cause issue, and creatively come up with a solution for me. I highly recommend him.”

I vetted VT Federal Credit Union to be sound and well run. The Essex Junction Branch Manager Brooks was able to answer all my needs and helped me personally.
