Swift Street folks have always been great -- no charge change counting, shredding bin, notarize and medallion signature witnessing as well as routine retail banking and support. App also works well for routine stuff as does website for bill pay, transfers. They also let you set up Zelle on your account. Online chat folks answer routine account questions and it's a real person not AI. Good job NCFCU folks!”

“I want to personally thank Brooks (manager) and Antony (Assistant manager?) for their knowledge, Exceptional customer service, and compassion.
Unfortunately I had to temporarily close my account due to a family emergency Antony and Brooks were not only knowledgeable and quick to assist but answered all my questions and made sure I remained in good standing with the bank to insure when I return, reopening my accounts will be smooth and stress free.
