“These bad reviews are either old and without explanation, unrelated to this location, or unrelated to banking or EastRise at all! I have been a NEFCU and now EastRise member for more than two decades and I've used this location since it opened. I have never once had an issue, and they've handled a variety of issues for me from a simple lost card to an international transaction. I particularly appreciate the ITM/ATMs, though the volume on the ITM could be louder (that's the worst criticism I can think of!). The merger transition was a bit painful, but not for long. I am grateful to have such a stable, quality credit union local to us.”
