Mostly smooth oil change, although they could be a bit more involved. Takes less than 15mins. Just seems like their systems are a little clunky for as many as they do/have done.

Lenny was very professional and took care of all of the customers with a great attitude. He was working alone and running the entire process - this company is very lucky to have an employee like him.
