“I moved here from SoCal, and it's my first snowy winter in 20+ years, so I was pretty clueless about what I needed for winter. Garrett took his time explaining my options over the phone and was knowledgeable and patient answering my questions. I got great snow tires for several hundred less than I expected to spend. They put them on and did an inspection I added at the time of my appointment in about an hour. I'm so happy I ended up coming here, they are kind and efficient and great at what they do. I also wanted to add a note that I was told that the online appointment scheduling doesn't work well and often double books, so if you scheduled online, I'd also give them a call to confirm.”

“bin a long time customer with them. great until today. will be looking at another shop. i called to make an appointment. they said 10 am sat. ok great. dropped my car off before work i came back on my lunch break at 1030. The shop was locked up no lights no notes i called the number and you could hear the phone ring inside. they also said to call a dif # which i did. went to voice mail. and the vm was full. my keys were in the lock box.. i had no way of getting my car and no one picked up. on a day that they were supposed to be inspecting it”

“I have a regular mechanic whom was on vacation this week, and so I visited JiffyLube in Essex for the first time instead. Service was very quick, and the staff was great. They clearly are accustomed to working with a variety of people, because they put up with my ridiculous request to dig back out of the garbage my old oil change window sticker so that I could verify that the oil type they were using was the same (The man who did this WITHOUT COMPLAINING OR ROLLING HIS EYES was a red-headed, bearded man... he should get a raise.) Actually, they all should get raises. I was listening to how they spoke to every person in that shop (at the time there were about 5 women in there). They were honest, helpful, quick to admit errors or mistakes, complimentary, and just overall nice guys. I have no idea if this was the result of highly trained customer service skills, or genuine goodness, but either way- the fact is they were doing a great job. They gave me some great coupons (I had already downloaded some from the website, but it was really decent of them to offer them on their own, without me having to pull out my phone,etc.). I did pay significantly more for this oil change than I would have for the same service at my regular mechanic, however, the process was smooth, quick, and convenient, which I needed at the time and I'm generally happy to pay a little more for that.”
