“This was the third Verizon store I went to hoping that someone would help me with my phone issue. The store in South Burlington was pretty dismissive of my problem so i didn't want to return.
Helen was excellent and helped me with my phone right away. She tried troubleshooting a bunch of different things, only to find that I needed a new phone due to an antenna issue. She even called the warranty department for me and it made everything so easy. After being brushed off by the other stores, her going the extra mile for me was really awesome. I really appreciate the assistance!”
“My phone charger port was broken and my phone died. After, buying the same phone again, and 3 days of driving to Verizon, T-Mobile, and Walmart for phone support, my phone was still not working. My only other option was to drive almost 3 1/2 hours to NY or NH to a corporate store for a solution.However, I googled phone repair near me, first, and saw this store in Burlington. I drove the 35 miles to it, with my new (not working/activated phone), and my dead phone that I needed to have turned on for my files/account transfer.The technician in this store fixed my phone with the broken charger in about an hour for a very decent price.I couldn't believe it, 3 days and the others couldn't.I appreciate the promptness and knowledge of the technician. “I went to another AT&T store and they sent me out within 5 mins and told me it was an Apple problem. I drove to Small Dogs who deals with Apple and the stated they couldn’t help. I walked into this AT&T in the U-Mall and sat here for 1.5 hours and the problem was fixed!! A big shout out to Danyel for all your help! Went about and beyond!”
“Gabe's a beast, ask him about any phone feature he'll know it. Cricket wireless is the best phone service. You go to Verizon, at & T, T mobile and the plans cost hundreds of dollars and they say they'll give you free phones when they just add it to your monthly payments for full price. Cricket is prepaid so they don't do that, and they even do offer $0 free phones usually mid tier new phones you just gotta pay for service, and activation fee. 4 lines unlimited data for $100 and you literally get AT&T service, if AT&T works where you're at switch to cricket you'll get same service and save hundreds if not thousands of dollars per year for the same thing.”
“Yesterday, I was helped by two ladies named Lexi and Meline. Both of them did a fantastic job permanently solving an issue in one day that remained unsolved for weeks prior to coming into this location.
These ladies listened to my concerns and instead of making excuses, they took responsibility and came up with a solution despite the complexity of the issue. I had an awful experience at a different store in the area recently but these two made up for it yesterday. One of the systems Verizon uses malfunctioned during the middle of the process but the two of them carried on with grace, poise, patience, and care in order to keep everything moving in the right direction. I'm grateful to both of them for their hard work and excellent customer service.
I will choose this store from now on for any future business I have associated with my phone.
