“Where do I even Start, Wow. Caron's Has been absolutely amazing. Gary and Kyle are great humans. The pricing, work, service, and turn around time I got at Caron's was A+++. I brought my car there as I knew them from where I work, and it was close to my girlfriends house and. They gave me such a fair and honest estimate and they completed the work in such a short period of time and the work was well done. Caron's turned what was a bad week for me into a great week. Caron's has to be one of the best autobody shops I have ever worked with and I have crashed a couple cars :(. I cannot recommend this place enough absolutely stellar. 100/100”
“My family and I live 20 minutes away from Bouchards, but we happily bypass our local neighborhood shops to go there. They consistently offer fair pricing and are always willing to discuss using quality secondhand parts to help keep repair costs down.
My first experience with them was in 2022 after I was rear-ended. We drove the car over for an inspection, Mike emailed me a prompt estimate, and they fit me into the schedule the very next week. Navigating the other party’s insurance is never easy, but the team did a wonderful job of walking me through the entire process and keeping me informed.
Most recently, my car was unfortunately hit twice while parked. In June, when a bumper repair took a bit longer than anticipated, they helped me navigate the insurance rental process, including finding a Hertz location that would rent to someone under 25.
Then, just this past Sunday, my side mirror was smashed in while parked. Bouchards was able to squeeze my car in just a few days later, and the repair itself took only a couple hours.
I cannot recommend Bouchards enough.”
“I can confidently say there isn't a more personable, skilled, and accommodating auto body owner/repairman than Nick Caron. When I called Caron's about taking a look at the car, Nick told me I could bring the vehicle in the same day, and he'd review the damage and give me an estimate. I returned the following week, and in less than an hour, I had my car back.
To sum it up, the service is extremely affordable, the owner is easy to talk to, and you have this cute Aussie to keep you company while you wait.”
“Champlain Valley Collision is absolutely top-notch in both customer service and workmanship. This was (unfortunately for me) the second time in the last year that I’ve needed major repairs on my electric vehicle after an accident, and I’m incredibly grateful for how smooth and positive the experience was. They got me in and out of the shop before any other shop in the area could even schedule an initial assessment. My car looks brand new, and the care and attention to detail truly went above and beyond. Their communication throughout the insurance process and nuances of repairing an electric vehicle was outstanding and made a stressful situation so much easier. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
I really hope to not have to have my car back in the shop anytime soon, but it’s comforting to know there’s a place nearby that does it right!

The shop could have easily gotten lots of money out of me and left me without a vehicle worth keeping in the end anyway, but they were honest and kind and compassionate instead. “I’ve done business with Kevin a few times and have always been happy with the outcome. However, due to my stupidity ( backed my car out of garage when door wasn’t fully opened). and a mistake in scheduling things went south. No car on Christmas Eve at 12:30 am. Sent an email to Kevin on Christmas Day and I have to say, he went well above and beyond anything I expected! I am still overwhelmed by his kindness, generosity and most importantly his professionalism! I’ve had work done at dealerships and other auto body shops but Kevin Many’s business is five stars and he is a true kind generous stand up guy, a real gem as far as I’m concerned and the are few and far between!
