“My family and I live 20 minutes away from Bouchards, but we happily bypass our local neighborhood shops to go there. They consistently offer fair pricing and are always willing to discuss using quality secondhand parts to help keep repair costs down.
My first experience with them was in 2022 after I was rear-ended. We drove the car over for an inspection, Mike emailed me a prompt estimate, and they fit me into the schedule the very next week. Navigating the other party’s insurance is never easy, but the team did a wonderful job of walking me through the entire process and keeping me informed.

Most recently, my car was unfortunately hit twice while parked. In June, when a bumper repair took a bit longer than anticipated, they helped me navigate the insurance rental process, including finding a Hertz location that would rent to someone under 25.

Then, just this past Sunday, my side mirror was smashed in while parked. Bouchards was able to squeeze my car in just a few days later, and the repair itself took only a couple hours.

I cannot recommend Bouchards enough.”

“I’ve done business with Kevin a few times and have always been happy with the outcome. However, due to my stupidity ( backed my car out of garage when door wasn’t fully opened). and a mistake in scheduling things went south. No car on Christmas Eve at 12:30 am. Sent an email to Kevin on Christmas Day and I have to say, he went well above and beyond anything I expected! I am still overwhelmed by his kindness, generosity and most importantly his professionalism! I’ve had work done at dealerships and other auto body shops but Kevin Many’s business is five stars and he is a true kind generous stand up guy, a real gem as far as I’m concerned and the are few and far between!
