“Stopped by as soon as they opened-on my way to work. I desperately needed a new cabin air filter because I had a mouse nest. Had great service and a good experience. If you’re reading this-thanks so much!”

“After an unfortunate run in with a large turkey on i-89, my front end was left completely obliterated. Grill and bumper destroyed, smart stop/cruise control sensors busted, hood bent, radiator bracket snapped, really nasty. Brought the car in for an estimate for my insurance and got on the schedule. It took a while to get the car in the shop, but this was mostly due to my car still being safely usable on the road, and them needing to prioritize other cars that were worse off. When the time came drop off was super easy, they communicated well throughout the whole process, the two people behind the counter were very kind and easy/fun to talk with. Pick up was also very easy and they work with my insurance directly so I only had to pay the deductible any not front the full payment/wait for a reimbursement. On top of all that, the work done was amazing, the front looks brand new, and they even detailed the interior as a nice suprise. Will 100% go here again for any body work needs and will recommend them to anyone looking for any services they provide.”

“I had my left rear and front repainted after someone hit my car. They did such a good job. I honestly didn’t even notice that they repainted it. It matches my car perfectly and they were done in a week’s time!!”

“Champlain Valley Collision is absolutely top-notch in both customer service and workmanship. This was (unfortunately for me) the second time in the last year that I’ve needed major repairs on my electric vehicle after an accident, and I’m incredibly grateful for how smooth and positive the experience was. They got me in and out of the shop before any other shop in the area could even schedule an initial assessment. My car looks brand new, and the care and attention to detail truly went above and beyond. Their communication throughout the insurance process and nuances of repairing an electric vehicle was outstanding and made a stressful situation so much easier. I can’t recommend them highly enough. I really hope to not have to have my car back in the shop anytime soon, but it’s comforting to know there’s a place nearby that does it right! Thank you!!!!”

“Took a return with no issue (I ordered the wrong part). They also sent me 5 wheels from Vermont to Alaska FASTER than the competition could return my calls and emails). Well done! YOU EARNED A CUSTOMER FOR THE LIFE OF THIS REBUILD.. you’re the man, Pete!”

“Everyone there was very helpful and nice to deal with. They had a great turnaround time—and even sent pictures and videos of the updates they had done which was cool to see! They did a wonderful job rebuilding my dad’s cars motor that my husband and I are fixing up—so excited to be able to bring the car back to running good! She runs like a charm now and can’t wait to keep making memories with my family in it! Thank you so much!”

“I can confidently say there isn't a more personable, skilled, and accommodating auto body owner/repairman than Nick Caron. When I called Caron's about taking a look at the car, Nick told me I could bring the vehicle in the same day, and he'd review the damage and give me an estimate. I returned the following week, and in less than an hour, I had my car back. To sum it up, the service is extremely affordable, the owner is easy to talk to, and you have this cute Aussie to keep you company while you wait.”

“I have been using Paya's for about 3 years now and have had nothing but positive experiences (and I have had a LOT go wrong with my vehicles lately). They always get me in quickly, the work done is quality, and the service is phenomenal making me feel supported when things inevitably go wrong with my car. Most importantly they are incredibly honest in their work. MULTIPLE times I have come in after noticing concerns in my truck (feeling like my brakes were worn out) and after looking into it told me there was no need for further work when they easily could have convinced me to replace more parts or had more service done. My girlfriend has had identical experiences, with them advising her to get another year out of her current tires when she asked if she should buy a new set. Another instance that stands out was when my AC died. I brought it in to fix a leak, and after repeatedly putting in work to diagnose the problem they determined it wasn't a leak and I need a new AC core (MUCH more expensive) and ultimately didn't even charge me for much of the work they did as it didn't fix the problem. Paya's has always made us feel so much more comfortable in getting work done on our cars and I trust them more than any other shop in the area. 10/10 would and consistently do recommend them.”

“I really appreciated Sam and Alex's help finding the right windshield wiper this evening. Their kindness, patience with my cluelessness, and humor honestly cheered me up after a long workday which was unexpected, since who expects to get cheered up when going to pick up an item at an auto parts store? Thank you both for your help and the installation, too!”
