“After an unfortunate run in with a large turkey on i-89, my front end was left completely obliterated. Grill and bumper destroyed, smart stop/cruise control sensors busted, hood bent, radiator bracket snapped, really nasty. Brought the car in for an estimate for my insurance and got on the schedule. It took a while to get the car in the shop, but this was mostly due to my car still being safely usable on the road, and them needing to prioritize other cars that were worse off. When the time came drop off was super easy, they communicated well throughout the whole process, the two people behind the counter were very kind and easy/fun to talk with. Pick up was also very easy and they work with my insurance directly so I only had to pay the deductible any not front the full payment/wait for a reimbursement. On top of all that, the work done was amazing, the front looks brand new, and they even detailed the interior as a nice suprise. Will 100% go here again for any body work needs and will recommend them to anyone looking for any services they provide.”

“Champlain Valley Collision is absolutely top-notch in both customer service and workmanship. This was (unfortunately for me) the second time in the last year that I’ve needed major repairs on my electric vehicle after an accident, and I’m incredibly grateful for how smooth and positive the experience was. They got me in and out of the shop before any other shop in the area could even schedule an initial assessment. My car looks brand new, and the care and attention to detail truly went above and beyond. Their communication throughout the insurance process and nuances of repairing an electric vehicle was outstanding and made a stressful situation so much easier. I can’t recommend them highly enough. “Just wanted to share this. Went to O'Reilly Auto Parts in St. Albans VT. Had an issue with my truck battery from the local Dodge dealer. Told Steve about my problem and he tested the battery and verified it was dead. He gave a good Price on a new battery but he said the dealer should replace your battery for free because the truck is still under warranty and I explained that the dealer wouldn't help me out with this and he gave some great advice on how to handle that. He could just sold me a battery but he was very honest in trying to help me out on how to deal with the dealer. While I was there I had a bad wiper on the drivers side and asked him to look at. Steve showed me the problem. He personally replace both of my wipers and only charged me for the wipers which were on sale, buy one get one free. He also checked my battery at no charge. Really went out of his way to help me. Thanks Steve, appreciated all your help and going out your way to help me. Must appreciated.”

“I purchased new winter tires with the installation package. I have not driven in snow yet so I will update this after a storm. We have over 1000 feet of driveway which is exposed to the wind. They are quieter on pavement than I expected considering the blocky deep tread lugs. Update 12-13-2025, after driving in heavy snow, slush and on ice in am still at 5 stars. Late fall, early winter has been cold and snowy. These big dogs have done well. There are times I forget to put the Jeep in 4wd because it's not spinning the rear tires.”
