White River Touch Free Car Wash is a popular car wash establishment that offers a range of services to its customers. Based on the reviews, the car wash is generally well-liked, with customers praising the abundance of soap, great water pressure, and the overall quality of the wash. However, some customers have encountered a few issues. The self-service option has been reported as confusing, with difficulties in understanding the card-taking machine. Additionally, some customers have experienced problems with the touch-free wash not fully cleaning their vehicles, leading them to resort to the self-cleaning bays. Another concern raised is the pricing structure. Some customers have expressed frustration with being charged more than the expected $5 for a basic wash, with one customer reporting being charged $20 despite not using the full allotted time. This has led some customers to prefer using cash instead of cards to avoid unexpected charges. Overall, White River Touch Free Car Wash seems to be a popular choice for car owners, with the quality of the wash being the main draw. However, the business may need to address the issues with the self-service options and pricing transparency to ensure a consistently positive customer experience.
This could be a great car wash I hate the drive through ones. But put my money in the middle “do it yourself bay” and jokes on me you got me never turned on. The non you turn seems like it needs to be adjusted. Definitely had some pressure but time to money seems a little short

It looks the part, and it got most of the dirt off but my car still came out dirty. Tried again with a second visit, still came out dirty and chalky. It’s almost like the car wash itself needs to be washed. Your car gets cleaned with a dirty cloth is the effect.

Very pricey, but superior to the one across the street that scratches your car.
