“From the moment we walked onto the lot looking for a Toyota Grand Highlander, the entire team provided a seamless, pressure-free buying experience. Our salesperson, Jesse, was phenomenal right from the start. He listened closely to exactly what features our family needed, walked us through the different trim levels, and had the perfect Grand Highlander ready for a test drive in minutes. Jesse knew the vehicle inside and out, explaining the powertrain and infotainment system without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. Once we shook hands on the deal, Jesse, Eric and Kyle stepped in to ensure everything moved forward smoothly. They efficiently coordinated the vehicle’s final detail and made sure all our initial paperwork was perfectly lined up, keeping the momentum going so we weren't left sitting around. Finally, we wrapped things up with Kyle and Samantha in finance. They made what is usually the most stressful part of buying a car incredibly transparent and straightforward. Kyle laid out all the warranty and financing options clearly, answered every question directly, and got us signed and out the door in record time. Driving off in our new Grand Highlander, we couldn't have been happier with how Jesse, Eric, and Kyle and Samantha turned car buying into such a positive, first-class experience.”

“Great local small business that deserves our support. Came over from Plattsburgh to look for a fiberglass windshield visor for Dackwagon. Cory got out a ladder, and held it up to see if it would work, and even washed it off for me. Great place, will definitely be back.”

“The sales associate that we dealt with was a huge help. Without his expertise and guidance on needing the interface computer to bleed the brakes on my Silverado, I was afraid I was looking at a tow to the dealer. Flexible and very helpful. Awesome!”

“Just wanted to share this. Went to O'Reilly Auto Parts in St. Albans VT. Had an issue with my truck battery from the local Dodge dealer. Told Steve about my problem and he tested the battery and verified it was dead. He gave a good Price on a new battery but he said the dealer should replace your battery for free because the truck is still under warranty and I explained that the dealer wouldn't help me out with this and he gave some great advice on how to handle that. He could just sold me a battery but he was very honest in trying to help me out on how to deal with the dealer. While I was there I had a bad wiper on the drivers side and asked him to look at. Steve showed me the problem. He personally replace both of my wipers and only charged me for the wipers which were on sale, buy one get one free. He also checked my battery at no charge. Really went out of his way to help me. Thanks Steve, appreciated all your help and going out your way to help me. Must appreciated.”

“I purchased new winter tires with the installation package. I have not driven in snow yet so I will update this after a storm. We have over 1000 feet of driveway which is exposed to the wind. They are quieter on pavement than I expected considering the blocky deep tread lugs. Update 12-13-2025, after driving in heavy snow, slush and on ice in am still at 5 stars. Late fall, early winter has been cold and snowy. These big dogs have done well. There are times I forget to put the Jeep in 4wd because it's not spinning the rear tires.”
