“Well I went in to buy a new door locking kit. We had to change the locks in the doors to the house due to losing our keys on a trip. My keys life is very cautious so we decided to change the locks. I brought all the hardware to match everything and Peter saw that he situation and solved it amazingly. He said it was his second day on the job yet he had a really nice nice space to work in and seemed well liked by the staff. He helped me with my he expertise of someone that might be a manager or a long time employee. I was very happy and everything worked out great. Hanks new employee Peter!! ;)”
“Associates are always available to help, they usually say hi and ask if you need anything but they don’t hover or make you feel uncomfortable. If they are unsure about your needs or your questions they’ve always found another team member to help us. I’ve never had a bad experience at Memorial Ace in Swanton. They have comparable or better prices, wide selection of things that I need and the associates are very helpful. The store is always clean,organized and well maintained. I always check there first before going elsewhere or online for certain things.”
