“Been with Freedom for several years. Never an issue! Always responds when I have a question and the meds are always on time.Recently my doctor informed me of issues with supply for an important medication. I'd have to pay our-of-pocket. It was over $2,000 and I needed it right away. Freedom processed the unusual payment method and I had the medication by the time of my next dosage. Freedom is especially awesome because they mail your meds! They now also offer blister packs with your medicine already distributed.”
“I use this pharmacy and they are really great; responsive and always happy to help. Emily the tech and Elizabeth the pharmacist have taken time out of things they were working on to take care of my prescriptions; even though many times I have just popped in without sending them notice ahead to refill my prescriptions and they are always on point. If you're in this area check it out”
“The hot bar and Sushi options are pretty good. The General Tso Boneless Tenders are addicting! Also, try the Cape Cod Frozen pizza. Sooo goood. The service is ok.”

“The friendliest store & pharmacy associates, cleanest store, & most helpful guides to the cutest greeting cards, complicated insurance issues, & most navigable/well-organized store I’ve ever used. My opinion of CVS has skyrocketed since I moved here in August & I’ve been to many all over South Florida, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Montana, Connecticut, Sacramento in the last 4 years. If you’re looking for a model store, this is the one. The key ingredient is the friendly, knowledgeable, helpful people. Without the people there as well-trained & equipped to do an amazing job as they are, it wouldn’t be what it is. Walgreens, Shaw’s/Osco, Walmart, should take notes. (If you can, make it 24/7 & hire more folks so they can make things even more smooth & accessible to those of us on late shifts.)”

“Walgreens is truly a “One -Stop Shop” experience. Not only does Walgreens have almost everything you could ever dream of to buy, but the staff in amazing !Walgreens is complete with a pharmacy that is also so friendly and accommodating. Every time l visit the pharmacy, the personnel is not only professional but kind and patient.Erica, in particular, was tremendously helpful with being “dialed in” with her attention to detail and willingness to go the second mile in researching the exact coverage l had with regard to insurance . She re-billed me as my Medicare had labeled differently the coverage l had. Erica corrected it and proceeded to carry out the prescription requirements.I must also mention Charie, who consistently is kind, courteous, personable and professional with all members of the public.I love this Walgreen.The entire staff has bent over backwards several times to help accommodate my requests.I highly recommend Walgreens, located in South Burlington , Vermont to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and considerate staff with access to the wonderful variety of items that this store offers.”

“I brought in some vitamins to return. I threw away the receipt just after buying them and my debit not with me. Couldn’t have been more annoying customer for someone working there. The woman with the colorful pink and blue hair helped. She was totally cool about it and worked with to figure out how to return it with limited resources, ha. I had to text my wife to have her send purchases from her cvs card. Some how this woman made it happen and was really nice and laid back about it the whole time. She also managed to help other customers while helping me the whole time. Thanks for all your help and great customer service!”

“We have been using PC pharmacy for many years. They always provide great, knowledgeable, and friendly service. They answer the phone quickly, and can fill orders in a timely fashion. They can look up available discounts too. We moved further away, but the local pharmacy staff was not nearly as good, so we just make the longer commute.”
“Kid named Robert with coke bottle glasses was so helpful. He came right over to me I told him what kind of Smart TV stand I had, went in the back and got me a 50" Roku smart tv. He answered all questions we had and helped us bring the tv to the car. Very helpful young man I was pleasantly surprised”

“12/21/2023 at 11:30AM - Just so proper employees are noted/notified if they ever see this. I picked up photos (ordered online, processed within an hour for pickup) and a few other items. It was very busy. I got in line and dreaded the wait. There was an older woman at the cashier killing it - she was moving that line very quickly. She called over to her very busy coworker - possibly manager - a man probably in his 30s who had a great attitude. They were a lovely team. There was a little bit of banter between them not different to what I hear in my own workplace, which made me laugh a little. The man who came over was talking about how busy photos were today I'm assuming because of the holiday season, but was not being negative at all and was clearly working really hard to get things done while maintaining a positive attitude. When he came over to help on register he didn't get that poor posture or mood change you see people get at other places - he remained calm and collected, joking around with the woman. I see some terrible reviews here and a few of them mention a specific employee. Who I saw today was not that person and that's how much the right employees can make a difference. This may seem like a long post for a short interaction, but I was impressed because I'm not used to seeing this anymore.”

“Not only have l always been impressed with the far-ranging variety of items in the South Burlington CVS, but l recently was so appreciative of the CVS Store Manager exchanging Foster Grant glasses that had broken in less than a week ($39.00) of purchase for a brand new pair of reading glasses..The circumstances were such that the glasses were worn within normal limits ; however, suddenly the stem of the plastic glasses snapped off ! I was beside myself that the glasses did not last a full week!!!The CVS Manager was welcoming and understanding when l told her of the sudden and unexplained breakage of the stem . She walked me to the eye glass section and offered an exchange. I was delighted.What great customer relations care. I highly recommend CVS in South Burlington for its professionalism and its huge variety!CVS , you are best !!”
