“My husband and I decided to get a home loan from NEFCU from the recommendation of a friend who has been an NEFCU member for years, and we are so glad we did! Given that we were looking to find a home that had both a living and work space for an artist was no easy task, so we knew that more than likely we would need to do some renovation. “I feel that the transition from Peoples to M&T was very poorly managed. I know it created headaches for me. However, the local staff has been magnificent. Always personable and quick to get back to me with answers to questions. There definitely are advantages to going with a bank with local brick and mortar locations.”

Last bank I met Erin. She said hello, and told me just a short wait and she would see me.

By the way my regular bank credit union would not open an estate account because all members have to be affiliated with credit union, all reside out of state.

“At least five times our bank who is wonderful they protected our money from people who were trying to spam us, and who were trying to take our funds out of our account. We received a phone call afterward from our wonderful bank, letting us know what was going on and telling us how they had not released the funds, what relief? I am so glad we are in this bank. This is happened now five times. There are bad people out there watch out for your money and put it in a good bank like community.”
