“I am so impressed with the dedication The Boot Pro has for properly fitting boots. I had no idea what was wrong with my old boots (which I had gotten elsewhere), and came in clueless. Kyle Kennedy started helping me at 6pm, and worked with me for 3.5 hours to make sure everything about my new boots were perfect. Kyle was super personable and extremely knowledgeable. He immediately diagnosed the problem with my boots as having too soft a flex for my skiing, and being too wide causing me shin bang and toe pain.

I left with boots that felt amazing on my shins and toes, thanks to Kyle’s help with fitting. He got me new boots with a medium width, which he heat-molded to my foot and shin. I also got the custom-made orthotics and a heel lift, which helped keep my foot back. Kyle also noticed that my ankle had room and moved a buckle for me. I skied on them the next day and could control my skis way better and had no pain.

I really don’t know a lot about boots, and it was such a breath of fresh air to go to a shop where the people really care about doing it right. My skiing improved immensely just having a better boot, and Kyle also gave me some demos to use which were very fun. Thank you Kyle and The Boot Pro! Looking forward to passing by another time.”
