Grocery Stores near Lyndon, VT

“The White Marrket was a surprise. It looked like a typical local grocery store until I got inside. It was much bigger than it looked from outside and well stocked. The biggest surprise was the Deli, a separate room we just happened upon. It was a deli from which you can order sandwiches, etc, but also had hot foot available for takeout. I didn't order anything, but there was quite a line waiting so I'm assuming the food was great.”

“The meat is so delicious! I cook the tenderloins to medium rare and they just melt in your mouth with such a fantastic flavor! The meat is so much better than what is purchased from a grocery store. I believe in supporting our local businesses. The angus are raised on a beautiful farm in Derby, VT. They also sell pork, chicken, bratwurst and of course different cuts of beef. Grilling season is here, so what are you waiting for? I say, try some meat and see what you think. Tara is there if you have any questions about the meat. She'll be happy to help you with a friendly smile! I'll be back as soon as I need more meat.”

“The foods great and fresh and the employees are pretty awesome, however the prices are fairly high and the convince store prices are worse, the drinks aren't too bad price wise but the snacks are 100-200% higher than grocery price. The delis set up is fairly average with decent seating however because there's a bunch of storage items in the seating area it can be an eyesore.

Vegetarian options: They have some vegan options however because you can customize you can make whatever vegan sandwich you want as long as they have the ingredients

Parking: Depending on what's going on in town you may not be able to find parking it is fairly limited

Kid-friendliness: Pretty Friendly, their main demographic is high school kids, they also no longer carry alcohol or cigarettes

Wheelchair accessibility: There's no wheelchair accessible entry/exit”

“Pretty clean since it's rebranding to market 32 quite homey. The layout isnt perfect but it's still pretty well laid out. Customer service needs some work sometimes but usually it's great. The deli has come a long way but could still use some better customer service training. The number of employees is very large and it's never too hard to find someone who can help you. Seafood department is still quite small and a little antisocial, same with meat but they will both help you find what you need if you ask.”
