Kinney Drugs has a polite and helpful staff. The store is clean and nicely arranged. The pharmacy staff is friendly, professional, and works very hard, though it can be busy on evenings and weekends. Some customers report long wait times and occasionally feel like an inconvenience, but others find the wait is never that long. The pharmacy stood up to the challenge when a nearby competitor closed. Kinney Drugs remains a go-to choice for many.
The cashiers in the store are great but the pharmacy is awful. We hate getting scripts filled here, long wait times, then you feel like an inconvenience, super attitude. I'm sorry if you are short staffed or busy, it takes no effort to just be kind.

Kinney Drugsis always polite and helpful in getting all your scripts. I know it's been difficult with Walgreens being closed all those months they stood upto the challenge. Good Job!

Great staff, nice selection of goods, however, the drive through pharmacy is one of the slowest I have ever encountered.
