Was having some trouble balancing my new hot tub water. Went to see Leah, she was sweet and kind as well as knowledgeable! Helped me figure out a plan and was so nice! I will be back! Thank you Leah- tub is in balance and we are enjoying it. I must note. I didn’t buy my tub there but they were so helpful anyway!

This is my second consecutive visit within a couple of weeks for a spa water test and chemicals. The Allen sales representative Leah was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. There was no attempt to sell more products to me.This employee is an excellent representative of Allen Pools and Spas.
