I wasn’t a huge fan of the shoes due to the strict dress code requirements but fortunately Deborah was there to help me cope. She was fantastic, very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. “I received a pair of momentumlo boots from my husband in early October 2020. Although the snow hadn't really hit yet in Denver Colorado I wasn't able to test them out until the following month. When I put them on for the first the right boots strap/lace snapped right off. I believe it was dry rotted. Since they were purchased at Murdochs and I no longer had the receipt I reached out to Kamik. They were more than willing to replace the entire set at no cost to me. They didn't have the same ones but i chose a different style and color. Again at NO COST TO ME. The best customer service I've ever had to encounter.”
