“Great, bright showroom with lots of items. Was able to get the correct part with just the old one! Not many part stores will even think about "looking" for the correct item!”

“Had my SUV in for repair in November 2025. Worked with the party at fault responsible for the damage. I wished USAA had a shop in the greater Burlington area, had to travel about an hour to Barre/Montpelier for estimate at this location. A chip/crack in the windshield was discovered while the car was at their facility. After discussion with the bodyshop manager, they were able to replace it and complete the repair. Kristian went out of his way to even repair an alignment issue with the rear wheel that was causing the back seat to shake at highway speed. Staff were welcoming at drop off but front desk personnel was very cold when I picked up the vehicle. Overall a good experience and I thank Kristian Page, the shop manager for his excellent service.”

“Stopped during our vacation to get a new fob battery. Christopher not only replaced our battery ($14, including a spare) but helped my husband tighten a battery terminal that kept coming loose on the gravel roads- NO CHARGE! Amazing personal service.”

“Amazing experience here. Salesmen weren't pushy at all, lot was the cleanest lot we saw all day, cars were free of snow and at the time only two employees were working due to people calling out. Both employees were attentive, responsive, caring, understanding. Trade-In value for our car was better than any other quote we were given, left same day with a great car, Ford definitely got a new long-time customer. Definitely met, if not exceeded, expectations.”

“After my car was wrecked and ended up here, it was nice to deal with Megan as I navigated the process with her help - and dealt with a less-than-helpful insurance company. She answered my many questions and explained things clearly. Great customer service!”
