“They are always pleasant at the counter and are not condescending when you have questions that might seem obvious... that might not seem like a big deal but so many professionals do not act professional when it comes to answering questions. They are extremely fast and good at their job and all the guys out in the shop are nice to talk to as well. They stand by their work and pronounce fix any issues that arise, their fault or not. I usually didn't buy new, but the last 4 sets of summer and winters have been purchased through them. When you buy new, all the rotations and switch overs are covered on the purchase price and that adds up quickly to a lot of savings!”

“Had my SUV in for repair in November 2025. Worked with the party at fault responsible for the damage. I wished USAA had a shop in the greater Burlington area, had to travel about an hour to Barre/Montpelier for estimate at this location.
A chip/crack in the windshield was discovered while the car was at their facility. After discussion with the bodyshop manager, they were able to replace it and complete the repair. Kristian went out of his way to even repair an alignment issue with the rear wheel that was causing the back seat to shake at highway speed. Staff were welcoming at drop off but front desk personnel was very cold when I picked up the vehicle. Overall a good experience and I thank Kristian Page, the shop manager for his excellent service.”
“We bought a Kia Sorento that needed work to be done before we could take possession of it! The time frame of the repairs were not clearly defined in the beginning. Eventually I returned to the dealership to inquire as to my new car. I was met with Steve and Aaron and finally I got some solid information. They were unfortunately waiting on parts, they had the worst luck getting our car repaired and I eventually took possession of it 14 business days or 18 regular days after I signed to buy it. The deal was definitely a blessing to my husband and me. This was a learning experience all the way around. Special shout-out to Aaron the Service Manager for his great customer service and patience!”
