“I needed a couple 80 pound bags of cement for a project I am doing and stopped to get them in Morrisville. I didn’t realize that these were in the back room bared behind a bunch of pallets and totes with other stuff in front of them. But Denise didn’t hesitate to get them, she moved at least 6 or 7 pallets. I was impressed she didn’t lose her cool. Thank you Denise”

“Call ahead, ask for Jack and he'll take care of you. He has had the patience and vision to help me think through some unique carpentry and plumbing projects. It's always worth waiting for the right person. He cuts lumber with precision too.
I have also been frustrated like other reviewers. Like when CHC randomly closed an hour early one Saturday due to staffing issues. Or when they don't pick up the phone (on that same Saturday). But this is the reality of a hardware store in Northern Vermont.
Overall, the people here go above and beyond. I just wish that the paint store would staff friendly employees. Like pulling teeth just to find out which shelf something is on. Like a customer is a bother and not an opportunity to provide service.
Well, it's worth the trip to see Jack.”
