“Overall, I had a positive experience with Kitlender. I ordered a backpacking tag-along kit which contained a 40L backpack, sleeping bag, sleeping pad, and camping pillow. The kit arrived when they said it would and the return shipping process was easy. The equipment they sent me was high quality. The only critical feedback I have is that the sleeping bag and sleeping pad were bulky and not at all what I would consider appropriate for backpacking. They were very much car camping equipment. As a result, my backpacking companion had to carry a lot more than either of us were expecting because my bag was already at capacity with the bulky sleeping bag and sleeping pad. If you're going to offer a backpacking kit, please make sure the equipment is appropriate for backpacking. Otherwise, everything else went very smoothly.”
